Sample and taste your way through a fantastic showcase of wine, food, beer and more at one of the Conejo Valley’s premier events, the 8th Annual Conejo Food & Wine Fest, featuring culinary specialties from local restaurants along with premium wineries, breweries, desserts and more.
Be entertained as you sip and stroll to the sound of festival musicians, including lively Jazz from Kevin Stoller’s band, a wonderful silent auction with wine country packages and more.
It doesn’t get more local.
“Our event is about as local as it gets,” says Remo Iezza, vendor liaison. “We strive and work to make sure the newest establishments are able to participate in the festival.” If you are looking for a food and wine event but don’t like the long lines and the rush at other venues, this may be the one for you! At this event you get the chance to talk to representatives from each establishment and learn about all they have to offer while sampling a taste of their offerings. The event is at the center of the Conejo Valley, and the vendors are all local to it, which means you will have the chance to visit them after the festival.
The Food & Wine Fest feature wineries such as Opolo, Nabu, Pantess Cellars; breweries Five Threads, Enegren, Figueroa Mountain, 14 Cannons, and restaurants, including Paul Martin’s, Aroha, Mediterraneo, Grill on the Alley and many more.
The VIP tent is the place to be
With full size wine glasses, reserved seating, enhanced access to cuisine, champagne toast and additional wineries, the VIP tent is the place to be. It includes a lively VIP host who has giveaways and keeps the party rolling. The VIP tent is the best way to experience all that the festival has to offer.
This is the event’s eighth year and the festivities are just getting going. With a large committee and the heavy lifting done by the St. Paschal Baylon Men’s Club, the Food & Wine Fest continues to grow with the help of our sponsors and vendors that continue to elevate the event each year.
“In the end, it is all about giving back” says event Chairman Kurt Sauter. “We have partnered with many beneficiaries over the years yielding tens of thousands in donations. This year our beneficiaries are Many Mansions and Food Share of Ventura County. These two worthy charities provide food and housing assistance where it is needed most.”
The sun always shines in June, and it is always fun to see the variety of hats the ladies wear.
New Platinum Sponsor
This year we are proud to announce the Valdez Wealth Management Group as the Platinum Sponsor of the event. A special thank you to Lou Valdez along with all the sponsors and vendors over the years, including The Westlake Village Inn, who are the backbone of the event and allow it to happen.
